Account Deletion Information
This page explains how you can delete your account and what happens to your data after deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Login to Milo Learns
- Go to Profile Settings
- Select Billing Information
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion with your email
What Data Will Be Deleted
Personal Profile
Your name, email, avatar, bio, language, country, and social provider links.
Learning Progress
Flashcards, custom decks, points, and skill level history.
Access & Security
Login credentials, active sessions, and security tokens.
Activity & Notifications
Push notification history, app issues, and usage logs.
Note: Once deleted, your learning history and achievements cannot be recovered.
