1. Overview of the App

NiyAI is a language learning platform designed to help you practice and build fluency in your chosen language. The App offers features including conversational practice, vocabulary exercises, challenges, and feedback from an AI-powered teacher bot ("Teacher Bot"). We aim to provide an engaging and effective learning experience, but your progress depends on your effort and consistency.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to Use the App

6. User Conduct

  • Upload or share content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
  • Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages.

7. Subscription and Payments

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., practice responses), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to provide and improve the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiyAI Data Co, Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or inability to achieve learning goals.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.
